OCHRE began with the care of our own home by the Mediterranean.
It grew out of first-hand experience of everything involved in maintaining it, preparing it, welcoming guests, coordinating suppliers and protecting its value when we could not always be there.
We understood that a property does not need a succession of isolated services. It needs someone able to see the whole picture, make decisions and care for every detail with continuity.
OCHRE turns that way of working into a service for other exceptional homes.
A collection is shaped through careful selection.
OCHRE was not created to manage the greatest possible number of properties. It was created to build lasting relationships with owners and homes that share the same expectation of care.
We work selectively so we can know each home, maintain a genuine presence and preserve the level of attention that defines our service.
Selection is, above all, a condition of service: only by knowing each home can we take responsibility for it.
