Home Staging

A home can change a great deal without changing everything.

We prepare every home to reveal its qualities, make it more enjoyable to live in and allow its full potential to come through. From a light-touch intervention to a more complete interior design project.

Independent service

Home Staging is not part of OCHRE’s standard management service. Every intervention is assessed and quoted separately, then commissioned in its own right.

A considered refresh

Agile, measured interventions that work primarily with what is already there: editing, rearranging, lighting, updating and preparing.

  • Depersonalisation and editing.

  • Layout and flow.

  • Colour, textiles and lighting.

  • Kitchen and bathroom preparation without full renovation.

  • Presentation of the home and first impressions.

Interior design project

When a home calls for a greater transformation, we develop a complete proposal for furniture, materials, lighting and finishes, with our own interior design direction and a budget defined for each property.

  • Concept and aesthetic direction.

  • Furniture selection and renewal.

  • Materials, finishes and lighting.

  • Kitchens and bathrooms with a mid-scope intervention.

  • Coordination of purchasing and installation according to the project.

The process

  1. Understanding the home

A visit, its intended use and the elements to preserve, resolve or complete.

  2. Prioritised proposal

Scope, visual direction, cost breakdown and budget before any work begins.

  3. Coordination

Selection, purchasing, trades and deliveries whenever required.

  4. Final styling

Editing, layout, textiles, equipment and final preparation.

  5. Ready to welcome

A final review of how the home works and coordination of the professional photography.

Every home calls for a different response.

A light edit may be enough, or the home may need a focused refresh or a more complete intervention. OCHRE defines what is worth doing, what is not and in what order, so every decision adds value to the property and to the experience of those who stay there.
