OCHRE is the trading name used to present the services associated with this website.

2. Information we process

When you use the form or contact OCHRE, we may process the information you provide, including:

  • your full name;
  • your email address and/or telephone number;
  • the property’s approximate location, type, size and current or intended use;
  • the content of your enquiry and subsequent communications;
  • technical data strictly required for the security and operation of the form.

At this initial stage, we do not ask for property licences or documentation, or for special-category personal data. Please do not send unnecessary or particularly sensitive information.

3. Why we use the information

We use the information solely to:

  • receive and respond to your enquiry;
  • consider whether OCHRE may be able to provide an appropriate service for the property concerned;
  • arrange an initial conversation and, where there is a potential fit, prepare a proposal or subsequent pre-contractual steps;
  • maintain security, prevent abuse of the form and resolve technical issues;
  • comply with applicable legal obligations.

We will not use this information to send advertising or newsletters, or to build marketing profiles, unless separate and specific consent is requested in the future.

4. Legal basis

Processing required to respond to your request and consider a potential engagement is based on taking pre-contractual steps at your request. Website security and abuse prevention are based on our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure and operational. Where applicable, certain information may be processed to comply with legal obligations.

If a contractual relationship begins, the information required for that relationship will be kept for its duration and subsequently for the periods required to comply with legal obligations and address potential liabilities.

7. Recipients and service providers

We do not sell or disclose your information to third parties for commercial purposes. It may be accessed by service providers supplying necessary web hosting, infrastructure, security, email or technical-support services on behalf of IDIOTEQUE SL, subject to confidentiality and data-protection obligations.
