The process

  1. Conversation

    We get to know the property, its current situation and what its owner expects. We do not formulate solutions before understanding the context.

  2. Visit and assessment

    We observe the home, how it functions, its presentation, equipment and potential. We identify what already works and what would benefit from adjustment.

  3. Proposal

    We define scope, priorities, services, an indicative estimate and the way we will work together. Every proposal responds to one particular home.

  4. Preparation

    We coordinate everything needed to make the property ready: presentation, photography, information, operations and the arrival experience.

  5. Ongoing management

    OCHRE becomes the point of reference for the home, with consistent oversight, clear communication and discreet decision-making.

OCHRE does not handle licence applications or guarantee that a property will qualify for one. The administrative status of every home is reviewed with its owner before any proposal is made.
